Yes you can sing! Your voice is decent, and the song composition and instrumentation are great! The lyrics are fantastic and dreamy. I love this piece - the only real problem here is in the mix. Your voice tends to get lost here, especially during the instrumentally-dense chorus. Consider boosting the vocal track and or reducing its distortion just a touch?
