  • error error error

  • I don't get it. I understand there is a sensor responding to the acceleration but surely it's the massive feet ensuring static balance??

  • @DanFrederiksen The large feet help. The 'balance' is done with a gyroscope, not an accelerometer. The RN1 has hardware or firmware designed to interface with this gyro, and extend or contract all of its limbs with respect to the difference from normal. Large gyration = large movement. That results in the joint compliance you see here.

The goal of my research was actually to use an accelerometer to provide dynamic stability, but the hardware RN uses to control its servo motors is limited.

  • ROBOT ABUSE XD

  • Thats not a robot ,it's a train!.lol.

  • It's like:"Bitch, How 'bout I push back, how'd you like that!?

  • is that the one that it comes with if not where did u get it

  • What does it do if you put it on a grippier surface where its feet wont slip along....

  • He's not molesting, he's testing the gyro (balance system in the robot, so it doesn't fall if you push it)

  • seems to work fine, good job!

  • ????????????????

  • don't shake them. they don't like that.

  • lol...? were you molesting that toy?
