So where and what is this place? Is there a web link to this open air museum? 6 months worth of clothes? Somehow I doubt that considering that most people didn't own a lot of clothes until relatively recently. So was this an industrial installation to dye and wash fabrics?
@bannol1 No, as it says in the description it was a communal place to wash clothes, not to dye, but to wash clothing and linen for working, farming families. Think about the size of families a few centuries ago and you might get a picture for how much clothes, linens and other things people had.
Googling the museum took about 2 seconds, you might want to try that. ;)
