I don't like Axl being there or Brian Johnson. Chris Cornell, Ian Gillan, Dio and Daltrey I am very surprised about. I thought they would be much higher up. But the list is kind of decent over all.

Freddie Mercury without a doubt,just look at his live aid performance,no costumes no gimmicks and he still had the crowd in the palm of his hand.Then look at his tribute concert packed with great singers but none could match his sound or stage presence.

I like James a lot as a frontman and vocalist, that's mainly because I absolutely love Metallica, he always bring an energy to the crowd even if he's having a fairly crappy day.

Freddie Mercury is the best. Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison and Mick Jagger should be higher up. I just want to say one more thing: It's not easy to be a good frontman in a band like Led Zeppelin where Jimmy Page and John Bonham can take all the attention, but Robert Plant does it pretty good.

By the way. You used Led Zep's Stairway To Heaven (their best song) Guns N Roses' Welcome to the Jungle (their most popular song) and Queen's We Are The Champions. (obviously not their best, all their songs are good but they have ALOT of songs better than that)

You could of chose a better song like Bohemian Rhapsody, Radio Gaga or one of Queen's best songs and see how they could blow any other band away.

I wanted to take songs everybody know. "stairway to heaven", "welcome to the jungle" and "we are the champions" are the most typical songs for their singers to me.

Especially "we are the champions" at "Live Aid" is one of the best shows ever if not the best. When I think of Queen in my head i see "Live Aid-we are the champions".

oh. In that case I respect your opinion. However, from my perspective when someone says Queen I think of '39, March of the Black Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, Fairy King (the song that gave Freddie his last name *Mercury*), etc.

However when we talk about singing skills I would normally choose Love Of My Life or songs that normally have high vocals to show Mercury's talent.

Also, Love Of My Life is a good example of how good Freddie was as a frotman/showman with his flamboyant entertainment and the way he made everyone sing along.

Another good example would be Radio Gaga and songs like those.
