So he has been playing games as if they are his friends for as long as I know. I know for a fact that if they wouldn't have let him drop out, let him work with his dad, let him play as much games as he wants and get his aspergers diagnos then things could've escalated.

The mother argued that being autistic he did not realize it was wrong, although it was impossible to give gamerscore back because of the lack of records of it, they gave him free xbox live time for a new account to remove "cheater" label and to re-earn his score.

The kid didn't understand that he was cheating. Should he be punished for cheating by removing all his achievement? Yes. Should he be branded a cheater for life? No. The kid should learn that he lost everything he worked for because he cheated and be given a second chance to regain everything the right way. PROOF OF CHEATING "The account Zombie Kill67 transferred from the Xbox it is normally seen on, to an Xbox in another city. The account earned several achievements for Halo 3 that can only be done online and in succession. It was clear they were unlocked out of order and offline. Earning successive online achievements out of order and offline is an impossible feat, not due to skill, but due to the technology of the system. It can only be done by modifying the account and faking the achievements."

@minkusx12 the kid gave his account to someone else in order to complete achievements out of order in order to get the Halo 3 recon armor, and XBOX saw that these were completed out of order and in a wrong fashion and did that too him. The mother argued that being autistic he did not realize it was wrong, although it was impossible to give gamerscore back because of the lack of records of it, they gave him free xbox live time for a new account to remove "cheater" label and to re-earn his score.

Geez people, you actually think MS knew he was autistic, and decided to pick on him? Microsoft saw something out of place, whether it be an achievement earned out of order, or using a 3rd party to unlock content. It could be a poorly protected account that he felt he could "trust" his friends with, and they decided to "help" him out, or he got hacked, even unlocking Gpix from PC.
Bottom line parents should know who their kids online frineds are, especially if they have any kind of disability.
