I never knew you could do so many things. The auto color is really cool - it automatically makes a picture look better! I also like the highlighting! It gave a really cool affect to the windows
I thought photoshop would be a pain but after learning all the tools I actually enjoy using them a lot. It is really fun to learn all the different tools that I can use.
I didn't know the crop tool can automatically rotate the picture for you. I also like how you can use the saturation tool! It's so convenient and cool.
I guess one learns something everyday, especially in CA, eh? I never was quite clear on how to use the sponge tool before, but now that I do... it's absolutely wonderful! I'm sure to use this in the future!
I thought the Crop tool was restricted to a certain amount of rectangular selection but we can rotate to make it more legitimate, which is great & the auto color is cool too, one click to make the image more 'vibrant' as Mr. Heil said, very quick and effective. But I like how we can be even more precise and use the dodge tool to highlight or brighten parts of the image we want. So far Photoshop has been interesting.
The Auto-coloring was quite interesting. I was impressed at the fact that Photoshop was able to rearrange the colors in order to make the photo look better.
I learned a lot of good key terms here, such as resolution, pixels, saturation, etc. It's really cool how I can enhance photos the way I can by using these simple tools!
I liked making the saturation on the flowers! It brightened up the flowers and made the picture more vibrant and happy. I like how I learned so many functions in photoshop in a couple of days. Thank you :)
Wow this is even better and a lot more detailed than iPhoto, a mac program I've been using forever! I like these new tutorials, they're very practical :)
I'm really enjoying these tutorials! I learned how to saturate and make colors seems to pop out more and it looks really pretty. The dodge and sponge tool are really nice.
Photoshop has so many different tools! I learnt how to adjust the colors, as well as using the Dodge tool and Sponge Tool to brighten and saturate the picture!
I really like the saturation tool and the dodge tool. I never knew what the dodge tool did! And I really think I'm going to be using the left and right brackets in the future.
Photoshop I think is amazing. Now I know why people say "oh, that picture is photoshopped". This means that they fixed the photo to make the person or thing look better. Wow!
I liked the sponge tool and the dodge tool. I'm sure I could give highlights to photos that I took of myself and things, and make it look more artistic. It will be better if I have tablet though, because then I could make mini adjustments in order to make it look better.
After watching this video, I can actually start to edit my pictures by using photoshop, since it has more detail effects and photo corrections than those online photo editing sites!
I've always wanted to know how to work photoshop, and now I learned a few things! I think the functions that I learned are really cool, and now I can put it into my life.
Wow, I never knew photoshop had these effects. I really liked the dodge tool / sponge tool where I saturated the flowers. It completely changed the mode of the picture through this step.
I really like how saturation really brings out the color of the roses. Also, I thought it was really cool how the dodge tool really lightened up the image.
The original photo that we planned to edit didn't look too good at first. But I was able to learn about the sponge tool in order to saturate certain points in the picture so that we emphasize them so that they look more elaborate towards the audience.
The saturation tool is so cool. I didn't know it was that easy to change the saturation of the photo. I also didn't know that I could saturate specfic section of the photos.
I learned how to trun and rotate as well as cutting some part of a picture of specific purposes. This will definitely help me for my future photoshop-use in the future.
I learned many things from the videos by Mr Heil. I never knew how to use it before. Changing and editting the saturation highlightings was fun to learn through this frist part of the two videos.
I think photoshop is a fun way to play around with pictures. The cropping of the window was kind of hard, but it was okay after that. The saturation was hard to get since it came out too bright often.
I enjoyed using photoshop today even though some parts I didn't fully understand at the time but eventually I got it. I liked learning the different tools.
I learned the dodge tool. and from there i learned saturation and highlighting by using the sponge and the dodge tool. It was really cool how the colors went from dark to bright:), i also learned how to crop pictures.
After watching this video, I learned how to use the PS! I was very confused on how to use the program, but after watching the video, I realized that it is very easy and precise on editing a photo. Many definitions of the terms helped me in many ways.
i Learned about many of the cool functions photoshop has to offer from this video. until now, i didnt know you could change the colours of a photo so easily!
I used to watch other people use photoshop before and never understood how it worked, but now I know some of the stuff and its really cool and interesting how the photo looks so much better than before.
I knew a little bit of photoshop, even though I have heard a lot about it. After the video, I learned that not only taking pictures is very important, but also, revising and editing the photo is highly significant.
i learned how to saturate/make the picture brighter by using the dodge/sponge tool. i also learned how to crop on photoshop to delete the unwanted parts
I liked learning photoshop again but with formal introductions and explanations of tools this time. New things I learned include shortcuts such as (M) for select tool or ctrl + D for deselect.
I never really knew how to use Photoshop until I watched this video. I usually go the hard way when it came to editing photos. Now I know the basics on what to do.
I learned how in photoshop, you can make a photo look better by effects. I also learned resolutions and pixels. I learned that high resolution equals 300ppi. Overall, I thought Photoshop was good because of all its features such as the photo correction.
The dodge tool and crop tool was already a familiar feature to me, but not the Sponge Tool. Now I know that it is for raising or decreasing the saturation, or the brightness of color, of a picture. With auto adjustments and proper editing, a picture can turn from a dull, messy one to a vibrant, focused one.
I thought that this video was very useful because this video was very easy to follow and the skills were some really basic but important ones. :) I know that we are probably going to use these skills for our project but also for other school works or just in our daily lives :)
I really liked this video. I thought the saturation part was extremely cool.I didn't use photoshop too much due to which I didn't know anything about it. After I saw all of the tools such as the dodge tool, sponge tool, etc, I though I would this program more often. This video really helped me learn a lot of Photoshop. Very interesting.
It's surprising how photos can be much more improved by photoshopping. At first, the picture was really dull, but after saturating and highlighting, the picture looks much more lively.
I learned that resolution is how clear an image is. A high resolution is about 300 ppi or higher. The mark key is used to select things. Auto color is very helpful because it automatically balances the color. The dodge tool helps you to change the color of the picture. I learned that the brackets on the key board can control the size of the brush. Also, higher saturation makes the picture have more vibrant colors.
This video really taught me in the usage of the direction in out PS tutorial 1. I never used photoshop before, so this was a whole new concept for me. This really helped me to make my CD case better! I did not know that this will be such a great program for me.
I learned about the brush tool and the other tools that I could changed the saturation this really helped me out in the CD case making for the last page Thanks :)
i first saw the directions on the link but didn't understand anything then I saw the video and it was so easy to understand so from then on I will also watch and read the directions..
The written directions were difficult to follow. As such, this video was a gem. I think what many people needed was visual representation, and this brought that together.
I found this video extremely helpful when I was doing the tutorial. I think I'm really starting to get used to photoshop now after learning some of the basics, including selecting and cropping. Thanks a lot!
I used to use Photoshop but I never knew there were more things such as saturation,, and a tool that can make your image actually have a light spot looking thing.
I really liked the tools used to change colors or put effects to colors. Really helpful

The written directions were difficult to follow. As such, this video was a gem. I think what many people needed was visual representation, and this brought that together.
