yeah , i realized that after gluing the fan so ...
but i am going to add a variable output , as soon as i get the part for china .

LM-317 (if i remember ) , Variable voltage regulator , 1.5amp , 1 to 37 volt ...
input voltage must be 2~volt higher than the output ...
so if the input is 12volt , you can varies between 1to11~V
this is a very nice power supply!!!
