I dont think RWJ is funny at all but all he does is basically make viral videos more viral and getting something for himself he is basically just an advertising company...
No reason to hate him, but no reason to actually be in love with his videos i just like watching them because sometimes he actually reviews a funny video... Although that happens once every 5 months, i still dont see an actual reason to hate him other than either jaleousy or trollness.

I too have nothing against RWJ, he is a funny guy and judging by his T-shirts has pretty good taste. I respect that he must has found a style that a lot of different people can enjoy.
That being said I think his humor is like you said; easy, anyone can laugh at his jokes, but they don't stick with you. And they never ever provoke or make you think twice, which I think good comedians should.
at least is better than Shane Dawson!

Just the fact that u end your video with "Feel free to dislike... fanboys" says everything about you. RayWJ is a funny guy. People don't watch his videos because of their content of viral videos, but because RWJ has an ability to twist the contents of the vids.
If you analyze it even further. His "MyFavoriteMartian" project is a purely "sels-creative" project. Here he is not "depending" on funny vids, but is able to creative something new, using humorous contexts.
