  • @durhamnatural Yes, they are still my favourites!!

  • Can you explain how you use your shea butter? I wanted to try it out but it comes in a tub and hard as a brick. How do you get it soft enough to use?

  • @jynxgirl03 I rub a piece between my hands to warm it up before I apply it. You can use whipped shea butter if you prefer a softer texture.

  • Good video. Precise and to the point.

  • @TheNaturallawyer thank you!

  • Thanks Toni, does the hair mayo provide you with the protein you need or you use sth else? and i guess your shea butter is whipped... do you use your glycerin in your spritz recipes? i know you dont use henna any more what is the reason? I love coconut oil too... do you oil you scap? More questions coming up, thank you.

  • @virgivane No problem! The hair mayo provides me with the protein I need. My shea butter is not whipped. I use glycerin and water. I stopped using henna because I like my hair black. Yes, I oil my scalp.

  • I didn't realize you were Canadian until you said "process" with a long vowel sound...LOL Not an insult or anything...Just randomness...Love your videos!!!

  • luv the shape of your hair in this vid. i'd have to cut mines to get it to act right :)

  • i use to like shea butter but it makes my head itch.

  • How do you get your hair how it is in this video?

  • @VedrenYuar It was an old twist out.

  • VOCÊ É MUITA BONITA...

  • doesnt all these products hold your hair down?

I understand the coconul oil for shine, also what do you think of olive oil...?

hair mayo seems to be sort of heavy. But i will admit your hair looks shiney, healthy and marvelous. it even looks like it smells good...can you do a video on your steps..that would be great =)...

    thanks

  • @loopie100 I don't care for olive oil. I have a video on my regimen if your interested.

  • is there a differents between vegetable glycerin and normal glyc.?

  • @ICeCReamxLoverr vegetable glycerin is derived from plant products....glycerin usp may contain animal product so if you are vegan, go for the vegetable glycerin.

  • I love coconut oil too! Its not damaging like sheen sprays and it creates an even better shine

  • @CinnastixChick your so right...it's way better than sheen spray!!

  • Hi, would like to know how long your hair is, cuz im trying to grow mine to the same length. Thanks!

  • @grunntalll In this video when I stretched my hair it reached my armpit but i have since cut it.

  • what kind of coconut oil do you use and where do you usually get it from?

  • @patchjohn1986 unrefined coconut oil...check out my video called toni, where do you buy your natural oils.

  • Straight to the point. No messing. Will be looking out for more of your videos.

  • @violetgoddess11 thank you!

  • lol @ the curly fries!!! haha makin me hungry! (:

  • love this video! Thank you for the suggestions !

  • That is a great selection of product. I have used them in product but it would be probably benefit a great deal if I can find them in their pure state. I live in similar climate condition in NH and MA. Do you have or could you make a video of how you use the cream for slicking. I have owned but was not successful or just don't remember the best way to use it. Thanks so much. I hope you get this. I know your vid is a few years old.

  • @j2cool2 hey, thanks for watching! I'm completely out of the wrap creme right now but i apply it like gel and use a soft bristle brush, then i use a scarf to tie it down for about 20 minutes

  • @tonidaley80 Thanks for the reply. I will try it. I have had some trouble finding some of your other listed items like the wide tooth comb and brushes. These product are prominately for minorities and unfortunately there is not a strong market for them where I live so the supply-demand ratio is very low and a lot of places do not carry them (very few African Americans live in NH). Did you find any of them online and if so could you tell me where. Thanks

  • @j2cool2 i would suggest trying ebay

  • You ever been told you look like Tiny from Tiny and Toya ? T.I's wife?

  • @NtrlBlackLezboBeauty It took me about 3 weeks to comb out my dreads. I had them in for 2 1/2 years, but my hair grows failry fast and they were beneath my shoulder blades, but I chopped them in half to about my neck & proceeded to comb them out with a rat tail comb and about 4 tubs of olive oil conditioner.

  • hey toni! where in toronto do you get your unrefined shea butter? i'm on the hunt for some....

  • @jagurl85 I believe its called beauty supply warehouse. There's one at keele and sheppard, victoria park and sheppard, and whites rd and kingston rd. :)

  • oooh i know where the keele one is! been there a couple times. had not a clue they sold it there. how do they sell it? ie lbs etc...

  • @jagurl85 The brand is "African shea butter" It's in a 16 oz container...you can also find it at most small african hair stores.

  • @jagurl85 oh thank you sooo much! :)

  • Luv your vids and your hair is awesome! I combed out my dreads last month and my hair just seems really parched! Where would I be able to find glycerine or the coconut oil? Thanks in advance!

  • @ORoyalty811 Thank you sis! You can find coconut oil at your local grocery store or wal-mart. You can find glycerin or a glyceryin/water spray from a beauty supply store.

  • @ORoyalty811 how long did it take you to comb out your dreads. how big where they and how long did you have them in?

  • Thanks for the vid cause i'm helping my mom grow my 7 yr old sis hair out

  • @lustporn That's so great! I'm glad I could help!

  • I like this video...straight and to the point of what products work for you and how. The curly fries were funny! LOL.

  • Yes! Toronto represent!!

  • I love love LOVE your hair sis! God Bless... *Vee*

  • Thanks for the vid

  • loved it girl

  • I did my big chop back

in may but I still am kinda

    in the dark about products

    (even though i scour youtube

    and other hairsites constantly)

but just wondering what is it

    exactly that coconut oil does

for you ive been thinking about

    getting some

  • It conditions the hair and scalp, and can also help alleviate dandruff. Because of its smaller molecular make up it is easier to absorb by the skin.

  • i have to try that hair wrap cream cause i hate gel...love ur hair :)

  • Love your hair, and i'm also from Canada

  • Thank you! Canada represent!!!

  • Wassup Canada! thanks for submitting a video in to the contest. I love how you used images. Good Luck!!

  • Thanks for showing us the products you use. I do have the glycerin, but I didn't know there was more than one kind. Does it have to say "vegetable" on it to be good for your hair?

  • @prisskitajoe No problem! It doesnt have to say vegetable, it can just say glycerin usp (unless you are vegan as it can be composed of both vegetable and animal fats) The brand I use is G99.5 and is great!

  • Loved the video.

  • Nice Video, I luv your hair it's so cute. Your eyebrows are on point! ; )

  • @Yonnea thank you!!! :)
