@vsevilcircles Well, it's not supposed to make you sound like Billy Corgan. Sure, it's Rocket-inspired, but if Devi wanted to make something that produced a Smashing Pumpkins tone, she'd make an op-amp Big Muff clone. We know she can do it--she just built exactly that for the right honorable Mr. Corgan hisself, built into an enclosure with a Superfuzz and an output mixer/buffer thingy.

I have the old one, is it the same?I mean, It doesn't have indipendent switch, so the switch on the left is the Soda meiser (in the old rocket pedal)? or is it another effect?

I love your pedals Devi, only you can make a pedal that make me sound like my guitar was dropped in lair of sick badgers that pissed and puked on it for weeks until a brave Mexican fireman managed to retrieve it but unfortunately he dropped on the highway and it got squashed by a lorry. Or sometimes they make me sound like I got confused and brought a 1992 fax machine to the gig instead of the guitar. I hate conventionality and thats why I use your pedals!

get this pedel if ... you like smashing pumkins want to jam out with no song in mind.. or looking for something good for a recording..... dont get this pedel if your looking to make songs that sound good on stage or anything live... however not sure what would replace it good luck you will drive ur band crazy with this effect !

As always, great showcase. That Rocket isn't the same as the one on Devi's site or analogue haven (those ones have a different graphic, the left stomp is bypass, and the right stomp adds in the second fuzz) -- is this a new model?

It's just a new graphic. The only other difference is that the 2 fuzz circuits are now independent. On the older ones, the right side fuzz only worked when the left side fuzz was also on. Now they can be used separately.

These fuzz pedal sounds pretty crap to me...

GMD doesn't like reverb pedals.. well I hate fuzz-pedals... sounds like a drill the dentist has.

Wait, I will make myself a bit more clear.

I did not say ALL fuzz pedals sound crap. The Devi-Ever one's GMD demo-ed sound like crap I think. The Devi-Ever ROCKET sounds like the drill of a dentist to me not ALL fuzz pedals.

I think I have the freedom to say that I hate fuzz pedals and share my opinion in general... I just don't like the sound. This video again confirms that I don't like fuzz.

My advice to you: Playa, don't hate me ;-)

Hmmm. So how is this fuzz pedal so revolutionary different from a Lovetone Big Cheese, a Zvex Fuzz Factorty, or -to a lesser extend- even the fuzz face and big muff? To name just a few. There's a zillion of "bootique" brands that have re-invented this type of fuzz pedal years ago.

@Zwikster Haha you asked that same thing on ProGuitarShop's demo and got shut down. Why don't YOU go look up the song and listen to it if you want to hear it so bad. The pedal was not created exclusively for that song. Playing it for the demo would be too predictable.

Yes, a guy with $1000s of dollars of gear and a home studio is going to have an 'illegal' strat. I suggest you look through his videos for the one just after he purchased his Fender MIA Strat.
