BoA doesn't lipsync much but when she performs you can bet your ass she's gonna do it while dancing coz thats her main talent and thats what she was trained to do, sing and dance at the same time. She'll very VERY rarely lipsync.

The only place you'll see her lipsync in is Korea because unfortunately they do lipsync on the different television programs but she always sings live in Japan.

Korea no longer does lipsyncing and the only reason she partially lipsynced was so she could also dance. There no singers that can dance such complex dance with complex chreography and be able to sing very well. Still considered live

They still lypsinc in Korea, it's just not as often as it used to be. I've seen BoA lypsync songs in Korea that she sings live in Japan. I guess it just depends where you're performing. Namie is the best when it comes to lives, watch her stuff, you'll see her do extremely complex dances and sing at the same time.
