  • It wasn't a Shakeys, I remember it being a Round Table Pizza place. I used to work at the Mexican restaurant (The Alamo) next to the adult movie theater.

  • i never seen an entrance like that

  • You didn't show the Irish Pub, which does have a lot of customers.

I learned to drive in that parking lot...

  • That does not look like a mall, but a shopping center.

  • @patsaxon you're right, that's not a mall.

  • @absolutblue Its a strip mall or mini-mall, you can search for it on wikipedia n_n

  • I remember when I was a kid this shopping mall was always packed. We shopped at that grocery store all the time I forgot the name of it, and every Friday my dad would take me, and my mom to Shakey's pizza, then we would watch a movie next door on the corner at the little movie theatre. I remember my mom dropping me off there many times with my cousin.

  • @AquariusLowtide Same here. I grew up in this shopping center when Stan's Bike shop was there. I believe it was Smith's Food King for groceries then Vons? There was an old bar there and Shakey's pizza where I played video games day and night. Saw Star Wars at that thetre then it turned into an Adult Movie house for awhile. There was a donut shop in the "mall" as well. this was around late 70's early 80's

  • This isn't typical at all. The reason it is closed is a war between the owners. Film the new mall across the street at Victoria and SeaBridge...

  • i used to live in oxnard

  • the old Lucky's.....

  • hey man you should make more videos of this
