@dalien3 We use so called hybrid jerkbaits which have the best action when pulled back with a slack line. Don't try to twich or use any other 'agressive' techniques. Give it space to move from side tot side and show its flanks as much as possible. Pike, especially the big ladies, seem to love this. Good luck
