knuckles is one of the top best sonic characters because of his character matches him. yea in sonic heroes it was pretty cool that he actually was friendly with sonic and helped him save the world, but afterwards he becomes his old self, loner whos top badass wwith attitude. yea hes gullible, but thats why most people like him so much
1:his comedy moments( tricked by eggman)
2:the way he uses his strength.
3:how he can stand up for people most times even though he gets an attitude.
no knuckles would kick his ass because when he gets angry he turns into chaos knuckles like sonic turns into dark sonic and chaos knuckles has control of all time and space and knuckles had chaos control before anyone because it was made in the comics. I go by the comics because knuckles used to be cool in the games then sega turned his character really gay. in an issue of the comics knuckles even beats shadow up with no problem without being chaos, super, or hyper knuckles.
