I tried it exactly as was shown in the video and it was simply superb! friends and family loved it :)
the crushed and deep fried ginger blended really well with tamarind- jaggery extract along with other ingredients.. Thanks a ton for the recipe! I have filed it in my official Onam recipe book! :)
