How to Replace/Install a New DVD Drive!

My drive came today, I installed it and everything but when I try to eject it from the computer windows throws me an error saying "an error occurred when trying to eject dvd drive E". Help?

You have to remember that the dvd-drive is linked to your mother board. Not only do you have to get the same model of dvd-drive, but you also have to transfer the circuit board from your old dvd-drive to your new dvd-drive, unless the circuit board is fried then i am at a loss lol. Microsoft is not going to make it that easy without them trying to get you to buy a new 360 of course.
