What settings do you have on your Gopro for a good quality video? Or is this done at mount time? If so, how?

@BRESILLI1 1080p (R5 for the GoPro HD Hero 1).... this is the best HD quality possible. For slow motion, use the 720P setting at 50/60 frames per second (FPS)...this will give you really smooth amazing slow motion. Also always try and film in good natural light, it helps improve the picture quality!
