This is the video which Sam Sneed got beat up for after filming! Tupac and Suge Knight said they was gonna punch him for every East Coast rapper they saw in the Music Video of his and in the end they beat him down. Sneed was beat up so bad that he needed brain surgery years later. This beat down resulted in Dr.Dre leaving followed by Snoop Dogg. Sam Sneed is the 'producer' they always talk about getting beat for no reason. But glad this track finally saw light.

That what Dnjp4life said is the reason I'm not purchasing this album. Death Row fans want to hear music from that golden age. We've been waiting for a DR Sam Sneed album for over a decade and when WideAwake sees the chance to release that, they're adding recently recorded songs for the most part. I could've lived with one or two recent songs, but what they're doing now is ridiculous. What the hell are they thinking? Do they even have a clue of what their (only) audience wants?

Sam lead the way on this project not Wideawake and rightly so, giving an artist creative control will all ways make for a better release.

I believe the masters of many of the songs from the original Street Scholars have degraded with age.

Of course we want to hear the OG stuff mastered up and sounding dope!

People who were in care of these masters for the last 15+ yrs should have taken better care of them.

On the flip side I just finished listening to this whole LP and its fire.

@KPRdean the original street scholars album u are referring to is fire i agree but this one they are putting out now is not the original, im sure they can clean up the masters and release the album as it was intended to be released way back in 95 or 96. I think its a bit of a cheap shot to put in new tracks which is a completely different sound and style to his sound back at the row into this "street scholars" album when most people think it is the original songs recorded, i want blueberries 2!
