When my friend showed me what a guitar synth was, I went nuts. Didn't know it was possible, 'til then. The next day, I found an ebay listing for a GR-33 w/ hard case, and the RG series made in Japan specifically for use with the GR-33. The guitar also came with a nice, hard case. All for $900. Do a bit of research on GR-33's compatibility with your guitar. The guy told me this RG was custom for it. (special cable input jack). A GR-20 should work with any guitar.

ahh, thanks. Its one of my favorite sounds in this GR-33. Its great to have the bending function of a guitar, but with the sounds of a synth.

thanks. are you sure you dont have this sound? its the Tin Whistle. Group/Bank number: A84. no other effects on there, just that its plugged into a little home karaoke unit that has nice reverb and tone (surprisingly).

hey, thanks. its a Roland GR-33 (as in the vid info :P). the latest version is the GR-20, but i dont know a lot about that one. if you want to see a demonstration, search youtube for "Rob Marcello Guitar Synth"

i would play right now, but after i got my xbox modified, i lost all previous data that was in it. theres no way im building up another character and stealing all of that shit again.
