you can do the same thing with the orange.

also the white part in the orange does not affect the flavor and you can leave it there.

LOL, you are doing that completely wrong. Maybe you don't know but you can easily peel orange skin. No waste and, btw, lots of vitamins in that area you cut.

u cant cut to sve your self. if you had a sharp knife u wouldnt need to use a bread knife and you wouldnt waste so much and squash most of the juices out.
