seals are a covert special operations team of the USN. they specialize in counterterr. and stealth ops.They normally perform away from the public. delta force is a covert team, army. they specialize in the same things as seals, but there is one big difference. seals are deployed on secret missions, that can be known to the public, such as the bin laden raid. delta force is deployed when they dont want people to know that the US had any involvement at all.

This aired back in the early 90's. If you will notice in the footage of the "rubber duck" jump, Air Force 1 is in the background. Slick Willie was in town and the Teams did a little dog and pony show for him. He even went for a run on the beack with some of the men from Team 5!
