how do you think i feel, i got caught putting up a "video" and i got caught hacking accounts, now i have an account warning, and i re uploaded the "video", so i am indefinetly going to get suspended now =(

Don't worry, you gotta get three strikes within a six month period before they suspend you. I did some research on this, that's how I know. The second strike, they temporarily disable your account for two weeks, but it's still something you want to avoid if at all possible.

Don't forget that downloading and using an official YouTube video might get you suspended as well.

Don't worry, the AGK is NOT an official YouTube video. It was originally form a German website, then imported onto YouTube as a translated version with English subtitles. So as far as your AGK spoofing goes, your safe.

I had an account warning 7 months ago because of a hate video I made, just be extra careful and wait till it expires. I did and now my account is no longer "Not in good standing"

you can also gets Account warning if your comments gets make as spam
youtube removes copyrighted videos so it maybe a reason they take it down.
