hi i havent had my period but i noticed 2 things (color=brown) hanging out of my vegina is that normal????? please answer im really scared i dont want to tell my mom.....
in astrology i noticed that i get my period when the moon is in my fourth house. so this is pretty good evidence that astrology is indeed quite real...
I've been mostly raw for the last 1-1/2 months, juicing beats too, and this last period was awful, haven't had cramps like this in years. I guess it's part of the detox process. Stumbled across this video when trying to find others with this experience....
Hi, I have been raw for about 4-5 months and had my period once in all that time. I definitely feel healthier and don't think there is anything wrong with me, I guess you can say my body is going through change etc... but there's an article about menstruation and raw veganism here that is really interesting: debbietookrawforlife.blogspot.com/2009/04/periods-they-may-be-normal-but-are-they.html
It totally vibes with me, maybe menstrual flow as we know it may not be completely healthy?

im 15 yrs. old and i dnt have my period for like 4 mnts now..is that ok or not?..should i consult 2 my doc??bcuz last yr(2009) i dnt have my periods within 8 mnts and after 8 mnts my period came bck and my irregular period started agaim..i just dnt know what 2 do..
We maybe meant to have a period but not 5-7 days, heavy bleeding, cramps, bloating, etc. I have read that it is suppose to be light (spotty) and only last 24 hrs. I am 90% vegan and have went from 5 days to 3.
I thought I would add this cute comment. On the HCG Diet, they refer to our period as TOM (Time Of the Month)......:-) I think an natural act of nature is just that and who should worry about saying the BIG "P" word. This topic has been great as I need and have made an appt. with my Doctor due to this VLOG.....
@paulkielsmithdotcom not in the same sense but I would swear to you men have a time of the month or every other month where their attitudes are just off. There have been studies that show a chemical change in the brain of males that would indicate a period but offically no. =p
I totally agree with you, that there's nothing OK about our menstrual cycles just stopping, but compared to the menstrual cycles of other mammals, isn't the human cycle a bit excessive (both in amount of blood and frequency?). I'd love to learn more about this. much love
@kaixoananaiz Read the chapter on fertility in the book "Left in the Dark: The Biological Origins of the Fall from Grace" to learn more about the relationship between vegetarian raw food and periods, and the possible reasons why we differ from many other animals regarding them. Might want to read the whole book while you're at it, as it pertains to frugivorism and consciousness / the brain hemispheres and has a most interesting theory. scribd (dot) com/doc/4390832/Review-Copy-of-Left-in-the-Dark
@InnerBeauty2006 Cool. I've got a hard copy. I've noticed that there are some differences between it and the online version I linked to. Plus, I don't mind supporting the guys behind the work: leftinthedark (dot) org (dot) uk And, yeah, it is a really good read.
I haven't switched to an all raw diet yet, but 2 months ago i starting having green juices and smoothies every day, and eating as much raw as possible. after the first month of eating like this, i had my first PAINLESS period in over 3 years!! and just this month my period was not only painless, but MUCH lighter! oh the joy of raw fruits and veggies!! and THANKS SO MUCH for you PRICELESS information :)
just to warn you all my periods stopped and have been stopped for 3 years and just been told today i have osteoperosis and im 26!go careful i didnt go to my doctor so make sure you do xx
i lived on an organic farm last year, and i noticed being outside all the time and being connected with the earth totally made my cycle adjust to the full moon. it's so cool!
@galnamedtal i've heard a lot of women who move out to areas off the grid, or where there isn't a lot of light pollution they get on track with the moon within months. that's so beautiful, and such a gift!
