White tongues like this is purely because the tongue's skin cells are not shedding properly and/or tongue papillae are longer than normal and are trapping food and mucus on the tongue and anaerobic bacteria is growing producing bad breath. The best thing to do is exfoliate the tongue. Mash up aspirin and add a little water(salicylic acid) and scrub on your tongue and leave the paste on it for 2-3 minutes then scrub off with a tongue scraper vigorously. Follow with gargling hydrogen peroxide.

its the result of the toxins being released into your book for detoxfcnt, in your case .
what happens is these toxing helps some m.o grow pathologically in your tong cavities , in your case its not unhealthy its a good sign .
