@Colstonewall I actually envision the energy making every molecule and atom in the spoon vibrating faster and faster as I infuse them with more energy that I draw in from the environment around me. I then vision the metal turning from a solid to a sort of gooey solid, perfect for bending!

Ok, this is pretty cool, but I have two important things to say:
1- Why haven't I seen this before?!?!
2- You should really change the name to something along the lines of, "Twisting a Spoon by Harnessing Energy."
