oh i wanted to ask... do 3 strand twists hold better? my hair doesn't seem to like 2 strand twists but it will stay in braids, so i'm contemplating trying 3 strand twists as a "compromise"

Do you find that there is an advantage to doing 3 strand twists over 2 strand twists, i.e. less shrinkage, etc.?
