  • in his native country there are not many people left that actually believe this clown he is more than a puppet that repeats his motivational nonsense over and over again, he did a good job in preparing the team for the 2006 WC had a lot of luck , but he is NOT a serious coach in the class of Mourinho, Guardiola, del Bosque, Wenger...

working with the media is his favourite part of coaching that is a fact.

  • us Germans never appreciated him as a tactician. But he's a great motivator. And he seems to have a plan for US soccer.

  • this guy is pretty good won the worldcup in 1990 against the best player in the history of the sport, thanks to a super dive from his friend voller, but nonetheless best striker of the 1990 worldcup was him.

  • This guy is really sexy for his age. ;) hehehe

  • @ddamico3 Surely you don't want Bob Bradley back?

  • fire this idiot now.

  • Us soccer is only gonna get better

  • sorry USA i really love u but i realized i have venezuelan family so im with them just this once

  • Great to see some of the inside workings. Luv U Klinny.

  • Nice! J.K. recruited Neymar!

  • Glad they brought an international coach because *ahem* obviously the rest of the world is better at football than the US. But were slowly getting good...

They just need to find a good striker!

  • @Lach1234 Well... not the rest of the world... xD

  • @groundge2 What country is *meh* like the US?!? XD

  • @Lach1234 Worst in football than US?

    A lot of countries!

  • So inspiring

  • Here Prandelli is tryng to go the same path. But when we played Spain last year, well, we just played as always, defence and counter...

  • Klinsmann is class, hopefully the boys start playing better under him so he keeps his job

  • klinsmann knows exactly what hes talking about, finally a coach for the U.S. that can develop a good team!

  • I say give Zusi, Sapong and Bunburry a real shot.

  • MORE CONTENT PLEEEEEEEEASE. I love jk's coaching style.. If my high school coaches were more like him I could have been so much better... Optimism and encouragement works way better than being yelled at... Trust me

  • This is like a intro to tactics 101

  • dude seems like a pretty awesome and kind person...hope it all works for him..

  • good speech

  • by the way I see you Sean Johnson. Go Fire :)

  • I see the USA's style of soccer like somewhat old school soccer, I don't know how to explain it, but I like it.

  • I don't think that the best teams in the world necessarily play the way Spain or Barcelona play. The best teams in the world find their own style and they develop it.

  • Id like to see Jose Torres on the Team more he was impresive when he played

  • @francis13zim He will be. Mexico is in presason right now so he's kind of busy, but I guarentee you, Juergen REALLY likes this guy :) And rightfully so! Talented player.

  • i say give torres a real shot in the middle. i know thats where are most important veterans play atm but i think torres is one of the best were gonna have.

  • this reminds me of my baseball coach after practice

  • In Jurgen We Trust

  • @melojordans23 ......what?

  • @TheOscar401 he'd be better than andy carroll

  • Great speech

  • We are deinietly looking promising for the future. Lots of young players like Shea, Agudelo, Fabian Johnson, Williams, and Chandler are getting some playing time plus we have other young players coming through such as Pelosi, who was signed by Liverpool FC about a month ago... 2014 HERE WE COME!!!

  • i am looking forward to more inside the lines episodes!

  • I just saw Geoff Cameron! :D I'm over ecstatic now.

  • these upcoming games against Venezuela and Panama will be rough no doubt because donavon, dempsey, and howard are all playing in the EPL at the moment :(

  • @Football10LD don't worry about it. We still got Brek Shea, Agudelo and the rest of the crew.

  • @nfg182 im not so much worried about dempsey and donavon just not having Howard bothers me

  • @Football10LD You are right about that. Who else can we fall back on?

  • @nfg182 Well we have Sean Johnson, He's a pretty solid goalkeeper and I think he will be fine during these next 2 games.

  • @Football10LD Sean is a solid goal keeper and he is only 22 years old. Which is a good thing. A good young keeper.

  • USA will get better no doubt!

  • 1:35 ronaldinho helped build that style and he wanted to stay the reason y barca sold him was because he was out of shape and kept partying too much

  • Cool video! Nice to hear the JK talk!

  • LOVE Klinsi's ideas...but waiting for the USMNT to play like Barcelona might not happen for another 30 years! The USSF has to change its thought process & search for creative players with flair...barrios & ghettos across America...and make soccer a much more attractive option, financially, for those who can't afford the AYSO but have immense talent!

  • @superstarlex32 I disagree, they are not trying to play like Barcelona, but great soccer/football. And I have been playing AYSO all my life, and where I live, their are higher clubs with more talent, but require more money to pay.

  • I enjoy hearing Klinsmann speak in terms of style of play. His idea of play is just the one I want for the U.S. team: passing, speed of play, opening space by moving around, which is my favorite to break apart a defense because it will give them the ability to open up space wherever on the pitch, not by just pushing the ball outside. Soon, we will be seeing this team playing with more short passes and creativity, not just crosses.

  • HENRY!!!

  • Klinsmann is 10X the coach Bradley ever was. Like he said, tremendous growth in our National team and youth players will not happen overnight. Give it some time

  • More behind the scenes stuff please.

  • Good Life Lessons as well.

  • I think the more you keep the USMNT in the public you will generate more interest among current and new fans...to push for more exposure I think more and more open incite of what is happening with the team will generate more passion for their national team. In perspective, NFL doesnt have a national team, USMNT needs to step up in the public and jump on the opportunity to take advantage that the NFL doesnt have a national team...love the idea of USMNT posting inside videos of the camp

  • @Weeeilll88 The NFL has no national team because they have no global tournament to compete in unlike soccer, basketball, and to some extent baseball.

  • @ussoccerdotcom keep these type of videos coming, gold

  • i love the fact that they are making it more open to the public to have insight of what they are doing...a more informative era is very pleasing to the fans. even if the results are not ideal...its always good to see and hear what is going on with OUR national team! USA!!

  • @Weeeilll88 AMEN!!!! U S A! U S A! U S A!

  • Jurgen Klinsmann: Best thing that ever happened to USSoccer.

  • great coach. hoping for the best out of the klinsman era.

  • Correction.. Ronaldinho did play Barcelona's style. However it was do to his drop in form and constant ego tripping that showed him the door

  • @Jadentheman no correction...he didnt play barcelona's style...what you just stated is not part of barcelona's style...you just contradicted yourself. Form and no ego is every part of barcelona's style...so he didnt play barcelona style...why do you think in that era they got rid of alot of players that didnt fit that mold

  • agudelo's better than neymar

  • @105kiran you are dumb...agudelo wouldnt be able to clean neymar's cleats

  • Comment removed

  • klinsman knows his history haha

  • Agudelo thinks he's Neymar with that haircut

  • @HitmanEF to bad he doesnt play like him...firt he has to play and not sit the bench for us to even draw comparisons...other than that hes an over hyped national team member with no playing time...the super bencher

  • @Weeeilll88 I actually don't like Agudelo at all. I think there are countless other guys who deserve shots before him. And the fact that Klinnsman expects them to play at their clubs and Juan warms the bench everyday is just dumb. Nothing against Klinns though, he's the best thing to ever happen to the USMNT... he just needs time.

  • @HitmanEF I think you are spot on my friend...dont you think its speculation and hypocritical that hes not getting playing time but yet is constantly getting call ups...stop riding the pine and then you can get respect for call ups...well a new philosophy takes time especially when over the years the base of the players were defensive minded...this an attack posession...new concept with defensive players...the impatient people are the ones that dont have a clue

  • @HitmanEF LOL! I was going to make a Neymar joke too then I saw your comment! So I thumbed up! Nice one!

  • @HitmanEF LOL! Neymar was my first thought when i saw it.

  • @HitmanEF well neymar was at a redbull game last season

  • @HitmanEF I was just thinking the same thing lol

  • @HitmanEF I've watched the video a couple of times today and I still laugh at your comment haha. Watch him try to play like him too, trying to juke all of the sudden haha

  • @HitmanEF

He doesn't think so, you thinks he is trying to be neymar but his not

  • I'd love to see more of this and training camp footage. Watch these kids grow

  • I really like Klisi's approach to the game and the way he expresses the things he wants from his team. I see that he is building a team for the future and that will be able to compete with the best in the world. I'm sure we'll do well in the World Cup, and, perhaps, some 20 years from now we can be competing in the world cup final.
