don't worry MTA Long Island Bus uses Blue srtipes already,the ornage with blue srtipes is the past livery,now MTA's LIB Orion V CNG 1456 (ex-193) and the Orion VII NG CNG has blue stripes, 1456 was the first one with the new LIB Livery and then the NGs came already with blue srtipes when dilvered,also soon all the rest of Long Island Bus's Orion V CNG will be blue stripes expect for the 1996 and 1997 model since they are retring.
Now MTA LIB is part of MTA NYCT/MBus since may of 2008. :)
I'm gald MTA LIB uses Blue stripes only because the orange with blue stripes are boring and it's about time for MTA LIB to use blue srtipes only just like MTA NYCT and MTA Bus uses and makes them look clean also.

lol, the paint scheme with the blue and orange stripes made it look like a bus from MTA long island bus

I rode that bus 4238 a long time ago. I like the newer bus A lot more better
