Ah, gee, Act 3 is huge. I explored the whole stage one time with the Stealth Camo on, instead of following the guy that you're supposed to follow. There are a lot of alleys that you wouldn't ever see otherwise. It would be hard to explain exactly how to get to it even if it hadn't been 7 months since I played the game (look how old my original comment is).
