Such a great band. They have a ton of great songs and just never caught on. Not sure why, I'm not sure they were any more excessive than a handful of other big bands from that era. Too bad, a lot of people missed out on a lot of great music.

I also saw the Cherry Bombs in 86. Andy Mcoys first project afer Hanoi Rocks. They were cool, but nowhere near the level of Hanoi.How about those Backyard Babies

Kudos for posting this song. I went from Canada to the UK in 84 for a rock and roll holiday and saw Hanoi Rocks at the electric ballroom in camdentown. I also went to tootin bec and had my picture taken by the town sign just because of this song. Ancient history now, but fuckin cool none the less. Check out Hardcore Superstar same style, kicks ass.

the only Hanoi rocks piece that I like.And it is fantastic.There is an incredible synth motive from 4.04 to 4.08,which is completely out of it's place,but sounds great.One of my favorite tracks ever.

yes i'm serious. i like a lot of bands and mostly from finland, but a lot of people wouldn't like. i'm all around the board with music, except for country and christian music unless its screamo christian music so i can't hear the words. :) laugh all you want of try to talk me don about my taste in music, but it won't work.

it was about decadence, overkill and excess in that era anyhow, everyone looked great from GNR to the Gun Club. Hanoi just happened to look the best. I wear the boots, scarves, hats, bolos, mixed with my gal pieces and it's not about practicality at all...it's about loving my favorite band and having fun!
