You're right, he's not a very good singer in most aspects. But I think the fact he sings and plays guitar is part of his whole charm, that's one of the reasons he's considered frontman, I guess. I don't know, I guess I could never imagine COB with a singer...

Alexi DOES have one of the most unique style and flow to his lead playing in this generation.. it's not even arguable because if you listen to his solos you can automatically identify it as his........ which is, when mixed with technique that is (albeit not THE best, but top-notch regardless) THAT is what makes you a good guitarist... fuck it my technique's almost as good at his...but i'm not as good a player
