  • her eyebrows are always raised as if she is angery and pissed

  • Shes so ugly. Screw obama

  • I believe Ms Obama is sincere in her efforts. However she may be surrounded by the wrong people telling her the wrong things. Too many experts follow conventional wisdom.

  • it's called personal choice and a trade off an example is junk food tastes good but the trade off is your getting fat a healthy snack taste is variable depending on pallet and the trade off is that it's good for you. this bill is bound to fail

  • Having Mechelle Oboma in the white house is equivalent to having a turd in a jewelry box.

  • First you make a proper sporting infrastructure and proper coaching teaching. You'll get more athletical potential with national, club and recreational structure (hope that made sense). The first point is key because "diet" is absolutely useless the person can maintain his muscle and physiological state.

Make whole food cheap, make organic whole food 2nd cheapest. Castrate the fast food industry, drive up process food prices, no refined grains and make sweets a luxury. Finished. no more shit!

  • Its processed foods made by the major corporations that is contributing to the diabetes and obesity 'epidemic' in this country but Americans are to stupid to read the lables: These are some FDA approved corporate poisions: monosodium glutamate[(MSG) also comes under many different names)], partially hydrogenated oils(TRANS FATS,), high fructose corn syrup, sodium phosphates(SP pills r given to colonoscopy patients to clease the colon) ,sodium nitrates just to name a few. Stop buying garbage

  • give options for people to choose. the answer is not to change the world but to give the freedom of choices people make. putting tax on junk food seems like a good idea but it unnecessary some people might not like change, as stupid as it may sound but you must provide options. people are visual and if you illustrate a picture people will understand. statistics and data don't mean much without a picture, a picture is worth a thousand words.

  • @annie2062003 I agree, I have a very fast metabolism. If I don't eat "junk food", I'll become even more thin than I am. >.<

  • Wow, Michelle is a very beautiful Lady.Michelle`s legs are first class, her face

is as beautiful as an angel, her delicate hands and her beautiful soft tender smooth

silky skin are first class in the world!

  • @MyGoddessCondoleezza

"But I guess if you put lipstick and a wig on a monkey, it could look good, too." ~ Uncle Ruckus

Hahaha, I don't really care about her looks, really, but I couldn't resist using this. Sorry for all you sensitive people who can't take a joke.

  • "We are going to feed these kids 2,3 or 4 of their meals..." Great. Fantastic. Who's going to pay for that? Are the Obama's going to pay that bill? I doubt it. How much is too much? Children are government "educated", government fed, their healthcare will be government controlled...and so on, and so on.

  • They already control everything now its time to start putting the collars on @jcbruce2900

  • One question. Am I the only one who thinks that government has gone way to far? I don't think the founding fathers intended the government to be your kid's nutritionist and personal trainer.

  • My only problem is that these so called celebrities dont want to give the smaller media outlets any attention....if the issue is so important to you then you will want to talk to local media outlets especially in communties that you know have obesity problems...What does it cost you to reach out to everyone not just the billionaire media companies...Im sure we were good enough when you all wanted our vote....

  • Michelle Soetoro=One Huge Counterfeit!!!

  • It's so interesting that she's trying to break fat people's addiction when she herself is a addict (she and her husband smoke) why do people always yell at people for being addicted to something when they themselves are addicted to something that will kill them just as quickly if not quicker, therefore not having a leg to stand on? (One of my family members died from smoking.)

  • @segaimportmaster : And even more appropriatly, she could drop about 40 lbs or so...she's been chowin down the free vittles since she got in the Whitehouse and packed on all that weight she took off for the election. They have her pretty strapped up here..but if you check out the pic of her walkin the dog..oh man...bad case of Sleatopygia...and other fat.

  • @Pattycakessmiles Correction to myself...that sSteatopygia.

  • Yes, she could definitly stand to lose some weight, but her main figure problem is something she can not do anything about. Its called Steatopygia: Per Websters: "An in ordinate amout of fat that hovers around the buttocks area. Most generally found women of Afro-American heritage, especially those decending from the Bushmen tribes of Khoisan."

  • Fire Obama

  • Listen to her studdering "umm-ing" and trying to remember what her PR people told her to say! LOL Fackin' moron. Knows nothing about nothing. Except maybe reverend wright sermons.

  • stop being a hater, hate is such an ugly quality

  • @ldyluv6988 Yea, and you love everyone? Grow up. You are the biggest hater- you hate everyone with an opinion different than yours!

  • @ldyluv6988 Why do you call anyone who has his/her own opinion a hater or jealous? I dont believe it's either. Maybe a little dissapointment in her, ok maybe a lot of dissapointment in her, But I dont think its hate, and I dont know anyone who wants to BE her.

  • @JayJayhope I am confused as to why so many people have a problem with her.

@cottonceena why did you have to point out that she was studdering....that was so not needed.calling her a moron...In my opinion thats what I call hate. She has did nothing wrong, yet people hate her.I just do not get. Please explain...

  • @ldyl as for mje, I don't hate anyone. I will say I do not respect MO, for many reasons. I'm sure you don't want to hear them Which is fine. You also said people who don't like her are jealous, I told I would not want to be her or like her. As for "Cotton" bringing up her studdering, I didn't comment. I do think w/27 personal attendents in the WH, they should help her w/ proper English. She appears to shun that & learning proper protocall.

  • What a farce. Some over-paid PR pervert dreamed up the whole thing, so she could look like she has a "cause". Like it's going to change anything, or that she even knows what the hell her position is. Puts her in the spotlight though... mission accomplished.

  • lol you are so jealous its sicking...get over yourself darling

    peace & love : )

  • @cottonceena at least shes doing something.its up to parents to help end obescity.Shes a concerned parent also.

  • and im about to be cut off suddenly, as i say this stuff lol .

  • How hard a 'challenge'' can it be to grow your own food which we an all do.She doesn't seem to want to tell you it can be done that way, it's more important that they enable schemes to tell you how to eat,we've all got brains we know what's bad for us the same way we know what's good for us.''It's really up to us as the parents and consumers.'' Note: she points to herself as she says this. Removing the sugar coating what she really means is ''It's up to us to tell you what you're going to do.''

  • This is just some things she said- food defines your mental status- ''If you've eaten some vegetables, had some grains that affects the way you think'' she said that with pure conviction, i know what she meant but i still think that's nonsense and later said ''We can shift the way kids think even the way they taste food. We can do that.'' Another qoute: Maybe take an old field and turn it into a soccer field. in otherwords commercialise another piece of unclaimed land

  • After careful listening and consideration, i won't lie there's some good points and some bad points. The on good point on this as a whole is that ''we'' as parents or future parents should give our kids choice and not just let them eat the easiest available option.Don't leave it solely up tor your politicians or governments to deal with this because it's up to us to act, NOT them. Forgive the way i see this but i'll make some qoutes in the next comment.

  • Obesity isn't a disease so why it's referred to as an epidemic is beyond me. I have questions, like one- She said that they can finance and leverage money to try and get more groceries stores into underserved communities. How are you gonna say you can get the money and then say 'try' that word shouldn't come into you should just do it. Secondly and mainly if that's what they plan to do and can do then why weren't they doing it in the first place? I especially enjoy her constant jest at kids

  • What a smart and beautiful person.

  • I love how down to Earth and realistic she is. She understands how life is in todays' society.

On the whole obesity issue... administration after administration dating back since Ronald Reagan or George Bush Sr. the government tried to fight the fat but each one failed. From historical record of failed programs, I think government involvement wouldn't help. People need to take action themselves in their community. Stop criticizing and take action. Also.. BRING PE BACK TO SCHOOLS! Peace.

  • Most kids are eating the wrong kinds of foods and due to the standardize tests exercise less. Kids spend most of their waking hours at school and spend it sitting in desks practicing test taking. This will get worse when the government starts mandating NCAT (Nation Comprehensive Assessment Test). It's really new and hasn't gotten out yet. More tests means more fat kids. I'm doing a research now on how obesity in young children is correlated to the increase of exams children are doing.

  • Obesity isn't an epidemic because it's not a disease... Just have the kids eat right and excersize often and they'll be fine.

  • So it begs the question what the hell does she mean- an executive order was signed to create a council on it for godsake lol

  • I thank God for having Michelle take on this great cause and need. I wish that we had many more people like Michelle. It's sad that we have to live with people like you, so negative and continually find fault with everyone that's different from you. Michelle is attempting to change those who suffer from obesity, and attempting to teach them, but you want to attack her efforts. Shame on you!

  • No i think it's sad that people like you don't feel the need to ask questions and instead hang on to every word like a tool. If you want to criticise me then i'll do the same to you. You're a fat fuck, deal with it or don't. Yeah that was mean but at least i don't sugar coat it or say that it's something required of you by the government

  • @Dedokai32 , you prove to other viewer just how negative you are and thanks for reminding me that I'm fat, your comment really made a difference. It's people like you that I wish would disappear from the earth.

  • Obama needs to get the healthcare reform bill passed, so that everyone living in America will have quality healthcare!!!! Why not tax stock market trades, so the wealthy can pay for thos who cannot afford to buy health insurance??

  • It is the roll of government to regulate, and make sure that those who lack whatever it takes for them to succeed!! A struggling poor person should receive all the help they need to eat well, pay for their healthcare, and utilities. Lots of areas do not have a quality grocery store in poor communities. Why not use tax dollars to build government run grocery stores in poor neighborhoods!!!! Seems like a great idea to me?!?!

  • I believe that it is high time that our government took control of the food industry, so that we will be shown the proper way to eat!! Michelle is a perfect example of health!! I read where Michelle spends hours of the day working in the garden herself!! Childhood obesity is a product of a do nuthin republican policies!!!! Now, we have great people in government, like Michelle, who are making a difference!!!!

  • Michele Obama is one smart lady.

  • Obesity is causes by too much sugar in our diets...Not protein, not fat... ;)

  • it may be a 'boring subject' but nonetheless important than any other. I would like to see Mrs Obama, through this initiative, find a link between high-fructose corn syrup, Obesity and a host of many other of our health problems that are really the underlying issue that are causing the health concerns facing our nation today.

  • "Why should we listen to a bunch of people who think they know better than us?"

Because they know better than you. You've clearly been wiped into a frenzy of fear and loathing by misinformation and scare tactics. Health care reform isn't gonna do shit except insure more people, and lower the rate of premium inflation. Only people forking the bill will be 250k+ earners... and frankly, they don't pay enough fucking taxes anyway.

  • @DamnStraightM35A2

I'm all for running your own personal life, I don't see how any of the things democrats want to do infringe on your personal freedoms... When it comes the health care, the states badly need reform. I live in Canada, here we spend 10% of our budget on health care, and everyone is covered. Conversely, The united states spend 15% of their budget on medicare and Medicaid. Your health care system fuckin sucks. rated 36th worldwide, which is garbage.

  • You're wrong on one point. We don't rank 36, we rank 37th which is damn embarrassing!

  • Very true... It's even lower than that of Cuba, which is why my mom went there to get her teeth fixed. It'll only cost her $100 to do it over there. Whereas, here in US it'll cost her over $6,000 or more. BTW thank you for sharing your side of health care. It's nice to read how things are in other countries. Peace.

  • great work First Lady Michelle Obama ******

  • wel done Michelle Obama education is the key for so many world problems 5

  • @ingridgot

    Parenting is key...

Education in America has been on the decline...wow, wonder why?...could it be that our Federal GOVERNMENT has gotten involved?

Just like EVERY thing else it gets involved in...failure occurs.

Federal Reserve, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Post Office, Amtrack...list goes on.

  • Good interview

  • save kids by Islam :)

    my channel

  • this is great, I am so glad about the garden...that is such a significant fact about the first family and the white house, very promising...by the time Michelle is done, I am sure the impact on american homes and families, as far as diet and garden produce goes...will be wonderful...and kids definitely need to know where food comes from...wonderful and transforming idea!.

  • Way moth ? mammoth ?

  • haha, I can't help but notice how stiff her hair is... guess that just shows how boring of a subject this is... But really, her hair moves as a whole! it's a shell! haha
