I Have had the privilege of learning submission grappling from Matt. Super nice guy, always willing to share his knowledge of the sport. He would wrestle with everyone in the class. You always got some 1 on 1 time. He never just instructed and watched. He always wrestled, every time. I ran into him at LA Fitness once. We rolled out yoga mats and worked submissions for a good 1/2 an hour. Such a nice person. Always approachable and kind.
