To stop obesity in modern culture would involve removing every XBOX Playstation and yes even Wii out of the home. Non-movement is the problem not junk food. I devoured junk food everyday as a child but I also ran around the neighborhood like crazy. Shove your children outside and lock the door they can come back when in it is dark.
