How is it that a DA would have someone arrested based on evidence from only one side. The police didn't arrest Brian cause they only had one side of the story and presumably handed it to the DA so he could get to the bottom of it before charging someone with a crime. I thought I had an easy case, but my lawyer and the other lawyer, for the other side, were both scum bags. They were not looking for justice. It was all for the CASH.
