Shaq drew so many fouls that by the end of games the rest of the team was shooting free throws. He got defensive stoppers in trouble allowing Kobe to attack the basket with reckless abandon. Not to mention he drew double and triple teams that Kobe clearly benefited from. Check the stats, Kobe shot his best percentages when he was playing with Shaq.
