Just finished reading the book - it's incredible. I think I'd seriously have to steel myself to read it three times - it's so incredibly meticulous in terms of the research he breaks down for the reader, but it's such important information that you can't afford to pass it up.

Thanks for the video. I will check out Gary Taube. If Andrew Weil endorses Gary, he must have something worth reading.

Dr. Weil doesn't just endorse the Taubes book, he actually cut his carbs with great success for his personal weight loss.
