California tends to govern by referendum which is chaos and no way to govern. The prop 8 battle is not over. The U.S. Supreme Court is going to be hearing the cases and they will have to figure out why some some same sex couples are allowed to marry and others are not. I think I know the way the court is going to decide. They will decide on uniformity & equality.
