The starfruit is amazing if you can get 8 of them on the screen at once. Place them in the middle rows, they all cover each other. Also they are very cheap for these night levels.

The reason why the Dancing Zombie's backup dancers didn't fight for you after you used the Hypno-Shroom is that a Music Box Zombie blew up the Dancing Zombie. Only the backup dancers spawned after it eats the Hypno-Shroom will fight for you; the ones spawned beforehand will still try to eat your plants and brains.

In a way, Gatling Pea and Twin Sunflowers are pointless. I mean, if you want double the sun, plat a second Sunflower. Want 4 peas shot in one go? Plant a second Repeater.

The only real benefit of them is that they only take up 1 spot.
