@kosta1man I don't care for stacking because looking up always bugged me. I used to run 4 monitors (2 lower, and 2 upper) back when I streamed LIVE a lot, and though it served a good purpose, I didn't keep it that way long.
Chris, Great Video. My question is this. If I want to stand up for a while and work, will the arms go high enough for me to stand up and work and then can I lower them to sit back down again. I want to try to sit less during the day but am not totally committed to a stand up desk.
@webdevmstr They go up pretty high bro! Plus you can tilt them up. I will do a follow-up video since you aren't the first to talk about height. I hope to have a video up this weekend man! Thanks for watching and the nice comment as always!
I want something like this but for 3 monitors. My asus 23" 3d monitor is very heavy. I think i might need to spend a bob or two to get a stand that will take them.
FYI: I have this lx dual and it's terrible. If you're mounting it on a normal desk it will never be high enough to reach eye level, forcing the user to lean over. The reason it works for him is because his mount point is so high already. If you're smart you'll by the workforce-s, unless of course you like being hunched over or are only four feet tall.
@sanitydotorg Interesting, but I again will have to disagree, since the desks at work are a "normal" height. Also this custom corner desk is the exact same height as the corner desk I used to use (you can see it in a lot of my other videos). They go up very high by the way.
@nfarnham2008 HAHA ya... I heard somewhere that there was a strip you can buy to stick between the monitors that would actually act as a tiny monitor (fill in the gap). I have no idea if it is really out there, but from where I heard it from, it sounds like there is something like that.
Very nice man I've been looking for some arms for my triple monitor just need to find one that supports iMac if theres some sort of Vesa mount for it I'm sold
@digitaldojos Actually, I just looked, and it does say that it supports the VESA standard. Mounting Standards: VESA FDMI MIS-D, 100/75, C (hole pattern: 100 x 100 mm & 75 x 75 mm). If you want to make absolutely certain, maybe shoot them an email. If you get one, I would love to see your setup!
Oh man, it would be like a dream if I can have this kind of setup for my three 24" monitors. Telling from the website, things aren't unjustly overpriced either. Thanks man, this is exactly what I needed.
@neverenoughquilts Thanks for the comments ;) - You can find them at Ergotron's website (see video description). I have seen them on other online sources as well, you will just have to do a little bit of searchin'.

What are your thoughts on the side-by-side vs. the stacking dual monitor stand? I'm having trouble seeing the advantages of one over the other.

@SiaSound No problem. Thanks for the comments! I agree, the price is fair for the high quality/polished aluminum. It's great!
