YES! I have been using this program for 20 years and have NEVER had a child I could not teach to read. I am currently teaching a CTT Kindergarten class in Bushwick, Brooklyn. @wiiildfire Yes, in my school we have a Special Ed classroom using it right now, and I have 6 Special Ed kids in my class who are doing wonderfully with it.
