The councilman will be costing Philly a lot of money when Philly has to defend the lawsuits that will surely spring from illegal arrests. These idiots have a short memory. PA firearms laws preempt local laws with few exceptions, none of which hinder those caring a concealed weapon with a proper permit. OPEN carry is legal in Philly for permit holders. And cops hate it. As an aside, it's interesting that places where good people really NEED a gun are the places they are hardest to own legally.
