ideally you want to have direct drive turntables (technics 1200s preferd)

you can use cdjs but generally they are not as good as a vinyl turntable

and a mixer with a scratch fader (goes from off to full on over just 1mm of travel) i use a rane ttm56 battle mixer.

if you have any other questions gimme a shout. :)

lol and dont get frustrated learning to scratch. it takes patience. the key is to have fun with it and try to get better.
