It seems to me that the History Channel is loosing the edge to its video documentaries. I never thought the documentaries to be altogether good, but this is certainly a rather cheesy attempt at repackaging of a bloody champaign. Thousands of lives were lost, and Enterprise car rentals brings us Pacific War 360.

It is perfect for the texting, medicated, short-attention-span kids of today. I tend to be more old school in my video war documentaries, leaning more for the "cerebral", like the World At War series. No umbrage to the folks who find this entertaining and engaging. Each to his taste.

i like all documentarys as long as there factual and the person narrating does not put me to sleep. The Battlefield series comes to mind, there pretty good even though the vids are not always correct but the guy narrating the story could put a rock to sleep.
