  • That Goldtop blows everything!

  • Mailbox money 4 Mose Allison! Yardbirds to Foo Fighters. Check out Mose's latest "hits".

  • Taylor Hawkins is such a beast.

  • best soloing ive ever seen from Dave and Chris

  • bad ass tune by the mighty FOOS once again.awesome cover.the who did cover this too

  • thats not a song by The Who, true they played it but it is from Mose Allison

  • If Foo Fighters' songs were like that, I'd probably buy their CDs.

  • 1:32

    Keith Moon haha

  • BAD FUCKIN' ASS!!

    LONG LIVE ROCK!!!

  • Heard this in St. Louis in September. They went from this to Tom Petty and the Heartbreaker's "Breakdown." Damn near wet myself.

  • That was awesome

  • the Who would be proud

  • That's the best music of Foo Fighters ever. >:D

  • YOU KNOW A YOUNG MAN

  • THIS NEEDS TO BE LOUDER!!!!

  • i prefer joe bonamassa's version but this has a real lot of energy and keith would be proud of that drummer

  • 0:57 - 0:59 JAJAJAJAJAJAJA

  • They played this in George, WA... I orgasmed. I was actually thinking about this at work.

  • Nice cover and love that they are giving homage to the Who (and Mose Allison of course) but you can't beat the sound the Who make. Entwistle bass is just on another planet.

  • Like if you think Chris Shiflett the most underrated guitarist.

Rock that gold les paul Shifty!

  • I don't see why people get upset about bands making covers of great songs, cause in my opinion this great cover like all other foo covers are made for the enjoyment of playing an extremeley fun song to play and also shows that foos respect the great rock band of the past.

  • they whip the who's arse.

  • start listen...two minutes later im on ultimate guitar trying to find the tabs

  • If NPR stations offered Foo tickets as part of Pledge Week, I would mortgage a body part to donate. :)

  • bonamassa does it better

  • Yes! Great potency interpretation blues theme Grohl singer.

  • They played it in St. Pölten on last weekend, tht was awesome too!

  • @tonehal oh ja!

  • Man look at taylor go

  • the public is like dying, i bet you didn´t receive an encore like they did last month in lisbon, just great!!!

  • mose alison made better by the who... the who made better by foo fighters :D true story

  • they played this at Lollapalooza in Chicago when I was there. it was totally awesome!!!

  • Watching these guys goes to show you how untouchable The Who were.

  • whos a better drummer? Dave Grohl, or the drummer he has for the foo fighters?

  • Holy crap the quality is orgasmic...

  • To everybody that thinks this was originally a who song, well your wrong it was a cover of mose allison's original. So stop with all this ohh this can't hold a candle to the who, or taylor hawkings isn't keith moon because he simply must be the best drummer ever.......just no, music is an art not a competition

  • seen this at milton keynes :')

  • You just got to love the cheer taylor gets when he throws and catches his drumstick at 1.34

  • @DharokDX copying keith moon, except keith bounced it off his drum

  • They played this at Oxegen 2011, moment of the weekend really. As was their performance. Unbelievable.

  • i love this so much!

  • One old man didn't appreciate this.

  • LOL! A Who cover? Not likely.

  • @pangborn25 yes asshole, its a who cover, and this doesn't hold a candle to the who's, this lacks the energy and emotion that the who had, especially on the drums, moon was a total animal, no one can drum like him, just watch the who play this live, kicks the shit out of any cover, mainly because of keith moon...do not insult a legendary band like the who.

  • @jaqua524 >lacks emotion

    lol u trollin nigga

  • @Cynnicio not trollin, stating my opinion is all

  • @jaqua524 I love it when people say "it lacks emotion" when clearly it doesn't. It's just a poor excuse for "i dont like this band but i like the other"

  • @jaqua524 No,jackass who decided to escalate a simple correction because you couldn't wait to reply before actually looking it up. The Who (My favorite band) covered a wonderful little song called "Young Man Blues" in their early club days because they didn't have all that many songs of their own. The song was written by a Jazz-Blues musician named Mose Allison years earlier. Asshole.

  • @pangborn25 oh, lol I know that, but they covered the who's version of this song

  • @pangborn25 I'm 100% aware of that...what's your point? they clearly covered the who's version

  • @jaqua524 The Who's "version" is still a cover. Which makes this a cover (of a cover).

  • @jaqua524 Lacks energy and emotion??? All i'm hearing from Dave, Taylor, and the rest of the foos is energy.

  • Seen this from the front row at OXEGEN!!! Best experience of my life!!!

  • Went to see FF's at milton keynes, and had a massive saw neck from headbanging, how the fuck does Dave Grohl do it daily?!

  • @lmnllouis i saw them there too!! :D they were amazing right?

  • @charliemiller1995 man... best concert ive have ever seen, and thats saying something. This song was epic!!

  • How to transform a blues in a fuckin' good rock! they could possibly beat the Who's version with this! (could. possibly. be carfeul!)

  • @MyRocknRollTale this drummer lol...like listen to his fills..then listen to keith moon drum on this song..im not dissing this drummer, but man his drumming doesn't do this song justice lmao....so idk how it could even compete with the who, yet alone beat it lol :)

  • @jaqua524 dont be hating on Taylor Hawkins.

  • @gamemasterzoomzoomom not hatin man, just sayin :)

  • @jaqua524 Every member is doing justice to this cover of a cover. You need energy to play this song, and that's what Taylor's showing. I've watched who's cover of this song. Both are amazing. Leave it at that.

  • @mgnewage479 granted, taylor is no keith moon, but yes it was great cover, i share my account with someone else, so yes, both amazing, and both are actually covers

  • @MyRocknRollTale the who totally rocked this song man, and without moon on the drums, its shit haha, no disrespect to this guy, but, he aint no keith moon

  • @jaqua524 you dont know what you are talking about, this is a fucking cover, he cant do this cover like keith moon, he does it in his own way

  • @MyRocknRollTale have you ever listened to the who? i dont think so... learn some music mate, nothing will ever beat those old pioneer bands.. sorry but your comment offended me, and more seeing the thumbs up

  • @ginnungagap3 hi dear, I listen to The Who and 60's rock music since I was 13, now I'm 25 so..I think I know and love the kids good enough to write my comments on it :) This covers has nothing to do with the Who's one, but it rocks, and that's what counts. Anyway, I used the verb "could" & "possibly". I think nowadays no one could do a better performance on this cover. The Who are the marsterpiece, but I think there is still space for everyone that plays well.

  • @MyRocknRollTale I would say that would depend on *which* Who version. Some are fantastic, some are meh (by comparison). Regardless, great cover of a cover.

  • they played it in Milano, three days ago. It was AWESOME!

  • @MrBred89 they played it in copenhagen a few weeks ago too... amazing!

  • Amazing cover!

  • awesome!
