Only one thing:"Now click "Shut Down File System" in A2Uploader and exit it. Plug out the phone. Remove battery and insert it again. Now turn on and wait while the phone find the network(ex: Vodafone RO)

Now plug in the data cable and on the phone select mass storage. Now copy HTC_TouchFLO3Dbyxctrb2s.thm from extracted_path:\PHONE\usb\them­e to the phone's memory stick." - Just put the theme into the phone with the other files! Oh and maybe make the font more thicker?

shut down the phone, remove the battery, put it back, connect the usb cable to the usb port, start a2 uploader, click on file system tool, hold the C key and insert the cable into the phone; keep the key pressed until you see that the program identified your phone; For debranding all you gotta do is put a special xml file into the phone with a2uploader and then update the firmware; I did it yesterday and it worked; Cheers ! for more help PM me
