  • IMO Track 5 was the worst of all the tracks in this game.

  • OMG is that a pull out radio?

  • I wish Zool got as much hype as Mario and Sonic. Would be awesome to still be playing it today. R.I.P you N'th dimension ninja.

  • anyone else have weird sound like its not going through both speakers?

  • split screen, track 4.. no one can beat me!

  • I have a demo for Zool on my Amiga that uses track 4, anyone know anything about it (If its special, rare ect.)?

  • @MeleeSonic3200 The Zool track is slightly different, a bit slower and fits the Zool universe perfectly. The Zool demo is much better than the final game: no endlessly respawning enemies, no slowdowns and .. that special music.

  • Currently I am playing PC version of Lotus III and music doesn't feel the same as on Amiga.

  • Track 6 is definitly the best of all, Track 3 is kick ass but still Track 6 is the one that stays best longrun!

  • Track 6 is one of my favorites after Track 3... check out this effin drum kit... awesome!

  • Track 6 was for use if you wanted to beat somebody in style - effortlessly drifting past and winning by a country mile!

  • i just love this stereo's look. it's so nineties.

  • 4 forever!

  • Spaceninja is so awesome

  • waaait a minute track 4 sounds like a remix of the main menu music for zool 2 :D

  • @leonguy1 Well of course, cool music gets to go in a player in a car :)

  • Track 1 to 6 Rules!

  • Amiga + Lotus soundtrack + G19 keyboard with Falnet app discolight setting... EPIC WIN

  • Track 4 was used for the Zool demo.

  • Hi-Tech 8 Band graphic equaliser. Master of all sound.

  • Track 6 so funky !!!

Maybe I'm quite alone, but this one is still my favourite = )

  • Track 4 is the best one by far. A shame the Genesis port didn't have it.

  • Oh the memories!

  • 6 is better :r

  • track 4 was my favourite but the sound quality of this track is not good in this video...

  • my favourite : track 5 !! awesome....

  • I always played with track 4. track 4 FTW!

  • Amazing how I remember details of each track - like when the drums kick in, the melodies... I guess that's the way with every Amiga fan! :)

  • popularity >>> finland polony

  • I came here for the city interlude music. Can I have it please? I started to ring in my mind after 16 years!

  • track 4 ftw!!! THX a lto for upload!!!

  • track 6 is almost the same as the intro of top gear 2 on the SNES

  • GOOD TIMES!!! ;( ahhhh

  • I went on holiday to Wales with some mates a few years back, when I got home I found my sister had done a no punches pulled spring clean, no problem I thought until I noticed a big empty space where my Amiga 500 used to be. Turns out she'd thought coz I hadn't played on it for a year or two she would dump it and the 200 games I had in the local skip!!!!! Needless to say that even after the 4 years since she did this I'm still not speaking to her. BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Whether track 4 is originally from Zool or this, it rules!

  • WTF Track Number 4 is the music from Zool Stage 1. Or Zool stole this from Lotus. ARGH xD

  • La bande son de ce jeux est dans mon top 3 des meilleurs musique de jeux vidéo toutes époques et consoles/pc réunis !!

  • What's up with the sound quality in this video, this is nowhere close to what it really sounds like. Check watch v=nTz5iwmtkrs starting from 1:19 to get some idea. It's pretty close as far as I can go from memory.

  • Man, u don't know how long I haven't heard these songs :D THX

  • track 4 sounds like a DEVO song!

  • i cry when i try come back to this times .. its impossible .. FUCK ! :/

  • @gacokiller Why not buy an old Amiga 500 then?

  • @fredrik999z i still have Amiga , but i mean Memories from 95` :/

  • yarrağıma benziyor la burdaki müzikler :)

  • autotrader says the Lotus Elan and Esprit are dirt cheap now. If you played this it's what you wanted. Only the programmers could have afforded one when they were new.

  • The first track sounds a lot like the Beatles Daytripper!

  • I vote tracks 3 and 5 :D man! the nostalgia!

  • track 6 isssssssss sssssssooooooooooooooo fckingg awesome

  • haha i remember playing Lotus 3 rather than Jaguar X220, just because Lotus 3 had the ownage music in it! Back then i was too stupid to know the difference of gameplay between the two games, but i remember the music from Lotus kicked ass! :)

  • GOOD

  • Zara wsiadam do mojej wyścigowej cytryny 1.0 z LPG i ogień ;)

  • Track 4 has the same samples Zool had indeed :) Check out my remix for the Intro track

  • Oh god does track 5 ever bring me back to my childhood. Thanks a bunch for uploading this :)

  • zoooooooooooooool

  • Track 4 is indeed the theme music from the Amiga game 'Zool' !

  • ZOOL ish muzikk : D

  • the 5 track is like a sonic the hadehog parody..hehe

  • fuck yes

  • DAAAAAAAMN! This was a long time ago!!

Remeber I LOVED the Louts III Radio when I was playing it! Remeber Track 4 was my fav. 3 and 6 was dope too.

  • Track 4 rules!

  • Track 5 kills

  • I'm trying to compare the PC sound with the Amiga. And I can't help but thinking that the Amiga has a slightly better sound quality. (Of course on the PC you only need the proper hardware and having it set up properly) Does anyone agree, or am I just hearing something I wanna hear?

  • Amiga sounds much better than old PCs except those one with Adlib soundcards and Roland sound modules.

  • Sound quality?

Dude... MODs (Amiga) and MIDI (PC) are Synthetic music. They have no sound quality. Only sample quality, you know... a good composition with bad instrumentation...

  • Get that stick out of your ass. You know what he's talking about.

  • I actualy know.

Amiga has uses high quality samples instead of shit FM synthesis...

That makes the Amiga version's music higher quality.

  • Got to agree. Take a look at the older games like Cannon Fodder and you easily see the Amiga wins. Different story nowadays of course.

  • Oh...the memories.... ;´-) !!

  • 5.54 FTW :D!! classic!

  • SHAMRIP!!!!!

  • Try to listen to Shamrip in the Megadrive/Genesis version :o)

  • I DID listen to it. Hell, I uploaded a vid of it here. And it rules just as much as the Amiga original

  • @GrandDanois Wait... I now realize that you uploaded Shamrip as well

  • no. 6 !!! the best!!!

    in my memories... :)

  • wow, there are a cd player? wow!

  • Track number 5 rules. I have no doubts about it. Greetings for all amiga's fans.

  • Oh hell yeah! I used to blast this at uncomfortably high volumes.

  • still love nr. 5

  • lol @ track4 sounds like a track from zool with those cute voices ..love it :D

  • lol actually, track 4 IS from Zool - Zool 2 got a remixed version. But yeah, it was my favourite track from back when I had this game for the ST

  • 4th Track is awesome ^^

    Amiga RULEZ!

  • track 4 RULEZZ

I Love the game and Amiga.

    I have a amiga 500 , good TimeSSSS xD

  • Know where I can download these tracks?

  • Just rip the vid and then convert the audio stream to mp3.

It's really easier than it may sound to you non-techie novices.

  • The best Music on amiga XD

  • beautiful music! :D

  • track 4th ;))))

  • Track 6 ............ CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Man these tracks bring some fond memories from my childhood!

    :D

  • where can i download these?

  • Number 4! One of my favourite tracks of ALL TIME!

  • I totally forgot track 6, its the 2nd most iconic catchy track after track 3. These themes are amazing, you can so tell they came from the time of illegal raves and ecstacy lol

  • my bad, i just checked it out, and yes, in her manua l i can see no MIDI interface.

But truth is it was so similar it confused me. Just see the PAULA's Specifications on user's manual Appendix and you'll understand what i mean. Again, my bad, Aiga is more awesome than i said.

  • And it actually can do near-CD QUALITY 14-BIT sound (Signal to Noise Ratio of 84 Decibels instead of a bit noisy and distorted 48 DB of 8-bit sound) by sacraficing the number of sound channels from 4 to 2, of course still stereo.

  • What is the most fabulous attribute of the Amiga sound system is that it can do sound with sample rate up to cca 28 Khz (CD quality is 44.1 Khz, if you have a recording with a certain sample rate then your recording can capture sounds of frequency of 1/2 of its sample rate (max. 14 Khz sound, so it can capture sounds as high frequency as the mosquito buzz, normal FM radio can transmit sounds up to 11 Khz) WITHOUT ANY CPU WORK and much higher sample rates if you use the CPU to aid the s.chip.

  • Yes, well i rest my case, this works for me. What i wanted to tell was how AWESOME Amiga was back then. I wasn't trying to play it big shot here or sth. You are better on telling about her sound abilities, again, my bad, YES, PAULA WASN'T MIDI, so yes, i rest my case.

  • 6 track rulez. I've played all tournament listening only this song. Best of all in the world.

  • FUCK! TEARS!!!! i plaued this game with tracks: 3,4,5(sometimes) and 6 :D:D

  • track 4 that tune was for Zool too.

  • Ladies and Gentlemen,

    Let me introduce you,

The Queen of all the Home Computers....

    COMMODORE AMIGA 500!

4 channel - stereo MIDI makes what you hear.

With an archtecture (hardware) similar to NEW machines.

    Different microchips for different tasks.

    RINGS ANY BELLS?

  • MIDI?not crappy "MIDI", you can do normal tracked sample music on Amiga, MIDI has fixed samples

Amiga does not support MIDI as it is much crappier.

  • Yes indeed, but if i will say that Amiga was capable of sampling nobody will believe me dude.

    But yes you are right.

It has MIDI though... 4 channel stereo.

And of course it has NOTHING to do with PC MIDI.

  • why do you lie because nobody will belive you?

if someone is moronic enough to not do a 5 second google search or do a chceck at wikipedia then he is not worthy your attention

and why should nobody belive you?I tought it is common knowledge amongst old computer geeks that amiga does full sampling

and this is not MIDI, Amiga had no MIDI AFAIK

some parts might sound like MIDI because of disk space limitations

  • it is a tiny bit similiar to MIDI in that Amiga music is usually done in the tracked MOD format that takes instrument samples and then glues them together and repeat the same sample because there is noneed to record the same sound repeatedly and it extremely saves space making it fit on 800 KB floppies

  • This is a response on own comment.

    Amiga has NO MIDI interface.

PAULA chip was way more awesome.

  • Oh my god, fabulous. I loved these songs on my computer, so many years ago now.

    thanks

  • Only Amiga makes it possible ;)

  • ohhh man, gotta love the lotus tunes on the amiga!! miss my amiga 500 :(

  • 5th is excellent!

It is a techno hit guys!

    Nothing is missing!

    I love it!

  • lucky me, i can still play the game :P 6th tune is great, and the other two too.

  • Perfect soundtrack! It's my obsession since I played this game for the first time: when I was only 5! I ear the 5th track now after 15years!My favorite track is the 6th (Maybe called "Space Ninja".

  • Yeah but, I play these tracks in my car very loud for the world to hear. I pull chicks with these songs. Jealous?? .. Nobody writes meoldy like that anymore.

  • Woaaaah. i havent heard these songs for atleast 18 years!. man, and i still whistled tune 5 when i'm bored.

  • 5th too
