She Beat the 4 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs with 75g of the caster sugar about 5 table spoon

and then she add Grated zest of 1 orange (optional)

@caerulea0 Maybe, and i'm just giving a taught since im not sure of the actual date of this episode, but maybe this was just after her husband passed away. I will do a deeper research but it does seem she is disconnected from her usual joyful self.
