I have this and I can see the output from my PS2 but the cyberlink video editing software only lets me capture to AVI or MPEG2. MPEG2 gives a cannot start recording error and AVI is a space hog and the quality is terrible. Is there any way to get more capture formats to capture to? My old Capture device let me record to MPEG1 VCD format and it was great for editing but the sound was tinny. Is there a way to get more quality profiles. for now I'm using capture from moviemaker.
well i dont now maybe your port isnt working try a usb on the port and see if it works if it does work then your box is broken if it doesnt your computers usb slot is broken bring to best buy and try to see if they can fix it. hope this helped
