surprisingly, inspite of all indians (north and south) flooding US and UK, neither of them has become like bangalore........reason is poor administration and not culture. Somehow, this user feels that "Bangalore-outsiders" (as shown in title) are the cause of poverty around Bangalore. I would say that use the tax revenue judiciously for the people, and don't expand IT if there is a shortage of agricultural land....as simple as that.
